In this growing age of advanced technology we understand that Brides find inspiration and planning from venues all over the world and choosing a floral theme is exciting yet one of the most challenging aspects of planning. For this reason, we’ve created a seamless floral experience to accommodate and guide our Brides right down the aisle.
Inquire, Reserve, Plan – and you’re Down the Aisle!
We encourage Brides to INQUIRE by completing our online questionnaire where they can share a few details about their floral wishes and set a time to consult with our design team.
Brides are then encouraged to RESERVE* their wedding date to ensure VineLily’s undivided attention and expertise for the weeks leading up to the big day.
Finally, we’ll get started with the floral PLAN. At this stage, the Bride is invited to join a private Pinterest design board (or other available media) to share and view design ideas, view a variety of seasonal floral's, share bouquet and arrangement styles and other dreams for the wedding. Ongoing sessions are conducted in-person or via technology as often as the Brides wish.
Down the Aisle…We will schedule a walk-through of the venue, on a per request basis, to help further visualize the appropriate floral décor.

What Should a Bride Budget for Floral Adornments?
A VineLily wedding is an experience and each experience is unique. Therefore, floral pricing is a result of a highly individualized evaluation of the Brides theme, location, season, bridal party and unique style.
Our Bridal Agreements include full access to our design team, site-visit partnering with venue staff, floral design with an interactive vision board, installation and day of floral service through the ceremony. The minimum for a Bridal Agreement is $2,000, which is suitable for a smaller guest list. However, the average pricing for weddings of 200 or more guests’ at an exclusive venue is closer to $6,000.
At a minimum, we suggest that Brides budget at least 20% of the total wedding cost toward their floral budget. For example, if the total cost of your wedding is $30,000, (dress, venue, hotel, photographer, food, music etc.) then your floral budget will be about 20% at $6,000.
Our prices will vary by season and the other aforementioned conditions but the following are commonly requested items with the average cost:
- Bridal Bouquet (1) Starting at $265
- Bridesmaid Bouquet: (1) Starting at $145
- Boutonniere: (1) Starting at $20
- Corsage: (1) Starting at $50
- Ceremony Arrangements: Starting at $365 each.
- Table Centerpieces: From small to large ranging from $129 to $800 for extra-large.
